About This Adventure

Experience two classic Colorado adventures in one day. Drive a one-seater Polaris Sportsman ATV on a two-hour, guided tour on a nearby mountain trail, then grab a paddle and take an intermediate whitewater rafting trip on Clear Creek. The Silver Creek trail takes switchbacks up to a scenic overlook of the valley. The nearby ATV trail is just down the road from Lawson Adventure Park & Resort's main lodge (where you'll check in for your tour) and allows for easy access to a beautiful journey up and down the mountain. After the ATV trip, you will be shuttled to the rafting input about 10 miles away. You can also see an old gold mine on the ATV trail and learn about the local gold mining history of the area.

The Polaris Sportsman ATV delivers legendary toughness, an industry-renowned comfortable right, and confident handling. Your expert guide from Lawson Adventure Park & Resort will coach you up the rocky switchbacks to the top of the mountain, where the terrain opens up to a flatter area that may have mud puddles.

Tour start times are 9am ATV/12:30pm raft; or 1pm ATV/3:30pm raft. Duration is two hours (ATV portion) and two-three hours (rafting).

Drivers must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license. For rafting, no previous experience is required and all equipment and gear are provided.
