OVERVIEW

Take on an adventure through our Michigan backwoods discovering various terrain and beautiful sites the minute you leave the Wildlife Refuge Cabins and hit the trails. Experience terrains such as mud, marshes, hills and valleys, canopy-covered wooded trails, the shores of Lake Superior, beaver dams, inland lakes, rivers, waterfalls (depending on the time of year), old mining sites, and more. Along the way, there will be plenty of photo and video opportunities to share with friends and family. In addition, snack and lunch breaks will be included. If you would like to dine-in or cook-out during your ride, arrangements can be made prior to the ride.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to be 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. All passengers must be able to grasp handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated. Long pants, a long sleeve shirt and closed-toe shoes are highly recommended for a safe, comfortable ride.

WHAT TO BRING

Plan accordingly as the weather in the U.P. can change hourly. Bring weather-related clothing, bug spray, beverage, snacks, toilet paper, cooker (if planning to make your own food), ice, and most importantly, your camera/video equipment.
