OVERVIEW

Western North Carolina is a haven to tourists, motorcyclists, and car enthusiasts. We have many outdoor activities and small towns to explore. The Blue Ridge Parkway is world-famous, and people come from all over to drive it. The area has many days of exploring without getting boring. Asheville is home to fine-dining options and numerous breweries to visit in the evenings. There is a river arts district to visit, too. Hendersonville has a small-town feel with quaint shops in the downtown area. The Flat Rock Playhouse is famous in Hendersonville. We have routes that also go to notable directions, such as the Tail of the Dragon and the Cherohala Skyway.

GUEST REQUIREMENTS

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to be 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated. Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended for a safe, comfortable ride.

WHAT TO BRING

Guests should come dressed for the weather and plan for their destination. The mountains can have different weather depending on elevation. Asheville is about 2,000 feet, and Mount Mitchell is nearby at 6,000 feet. The weather there can be completely different. A small cooler would be handy to keep items in. A camera is a must as you will pass countless scenic vistas.
