About this Adventure
Rose Ranch cabins are all two bedroom, one bathroom, and will sleep up to four people comfortably. Each cabin has a kitchenette which includes a bar sink, microwave, and mini fridge. Cable TV, heating, and A/C are a few more luxuries you will enjoy. We are confident you will find them to be clean, neat, and cozy.
While sitting on the front porch, you can enjoy the view of the green meadow which is big enough for playing games, picnicking, or large group and family gatherings. There is nothing more relaxing than watching the sun set over the red cliffs all the while listening to the refreshing sound of the Beaver Creek which runs just footsteps away.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, due to our short season and to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 30 days prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days but more than 2 weeks before the time of the stay, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. If the reservation is not canceled within 2 weeks of the stay, the full reservation fee will be charged.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. If the reservation is canceled less than 30 days but more than 2 weeks before the time of the stay, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. Cancellations made within the 15 day window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
