Cancellation Policy
At Downeast Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide flexibility while protecting our ability to prepare for your reservation.
Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More Before Your Reservation:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental time will receive a full refund of your deposit.
Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours Before Your Reservation:
For cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled rental time, the full deposit is non-refundable.
No-Show Policy:
If you do not arrive for your scheduled rental without prior notice, the full deposit will be retained.
