We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have the following cancellation policy:

• Bookings that are cancelled for any reason will forfeit the 20% deposit or 20% of the booking amount if no deposit was made.

• Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours prior, we will keep the entire booking fee.

• Weather cancellations are subject to the same policy.

• Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

• No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

• AUGUST 1 to AUGUST 15

• Bookings that are cancelled for any reason during this time are non-refundable.
