Rider Requirements

Minimum age to drive: 18
Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

**You may cancel your reservation at any time. **
If you cancel seven or more days in advance of your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
**We do not allow cancellations for less-than-ideal weather. If there is severe weather, your reservation will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued. **
In the unlikely event that you must cancel less than seven days before your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refunds or credits for no-shows. No-shows will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Required safety gear, including helmets & goggles, is provided.

Dress in layers: long-sleeve shirt, light jacket, closed-toe shoes & neck gaiter.

Feel free to bring a backpack with water, snacks, sunscreen, etc.
