From April 15th-May 15th we are open from 8am-6pm. Hill City is closed on Monday's and Custer is closed on Tuesday's.
May 16th- September 14th we are open 7am-6pm, 7 days a week.
September 15th-October 15th we are open from 8am-6pm. Hill City is closed on Monday's and Custer is closed on Tuesday's.
Rider Requirements

Other Guest Requirements
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 7 days prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 7 days in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 7-day window will result in a credit of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: If we cancel on you a full refund will be issued.
