Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
The deposit is fully refundable with a 48-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel within the 48 hours then you will forfeit your deposit. If you do not show for your rental you will be charged the entire amount of your rental. In the event of adverse weather or snow conditions your deposit will be refunded. Adverse weather includes no snow, rain or whiteout conditions.
Ride North Recreation and its employees reserve the right to alter cancel a reservation or rental due to inclement weather, foreseeable hazards, insufficient booking or circumstances beyond our control.
