Rider Requirements

Minimum age to drive: 21
Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

• MUST have a valid driver’s license present and be minimum age of 21 years old to rent a machine. • No persons under the age of 21 will be permitted to drive under any circumstances. • HELMETS & EYE PROTECTION are required for all rentals regardless of age and an upcharge for a helmet will be an option. • ABSOLUTLETLY NO ALCHOLIC BEVERAGES AND/OR DRUG PARAPHENILIA ARE PERMITTED. • Guests are encouraged to wear closed-toed shoes and appropriate clothing. • Drivers are required to wear safety gear when operating or riding in the vehicle. • Passengers are required to wear safety gear when riding in the vehicle. • Minor passengers must be accompanied by a Parent or Legal Guardian over the age of 25. • All passengers must be able to grasp handholds and firmly plant their feet on the footrests with their back fully against the back rest. We recommend that passengers be at least 8 years old and at least 48 inches tall.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

What to bring

Essentially, you’ll want to dress to play in the dirt all day.

What do I need to bring?

We suggest a durable pair of pants/shorts.

A good pair of socks/shoes. “No Flip Flops” Closed Toe shoes ONLY.

Comfortable middle layers such as sweatshirts, sweatpants, and polar fleece (weather permitting)

Waterproof and windproof outer layers (weather permitting)

Gloves that are warm and waterproof (weather permitting)

Helmets are required (added cost if helmet is needed).

Moto/dirt goggles or safety glasses are mandatory.

A camera is a must-have to capture the spectacular beauty.
