CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS (9am-5pm MST). If you email, text, or leave a voicemail outside of our business hours, it will be addressed the following day.
Our only exception for this is a Severe Weather Advisory/Air-Quality Advisory for Park County. We do not offer refunds for light rain/muddy trails.
