About This Adventure

Rent a Polaris RZR with Adventure Rentals and get off road in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. The Black Hills National Forest has one of the most spectacular motorized trail systems in the United States, with 1.2 million acres spanning a stunning region of western South Dakota.

The Ditch Creek trails are situated close to Deerfield Lake, which is a Black Hills favorite. You will also discover many unique abandoned silica mines. This area is referred to as the high Limestone Plateau of the Black Hills, featuring a 100-mile trail system with a mixture of open meadows, thick aspen tree groves, dense spruce, and high mountain streams.

Take a slower-paced route past Bear Mountain, the third highest mountain in the Black Hills. This ride takes you along the lower half of the trails, making this a nice leisure ride to enjoy the sights. Or choose to ride Hell Canyon trails through draws and gullies. This adventure has a great mixture of grass trails, prairie trails, and rock climbs.
