Our friendly team will greet you, check you in quickly, and make sure you're all set with the right gear. Need some guidance on the best trails? We're happy to share our top route recommendations. And don't worry—we'll get you familiar with your machine so you can ride with confidence. Then, you're off to make memories that last a lifetime.
Our rental check-out is from 8:00 to 10:00 am. You're free to keep the fun going with overnight rentals if you're in for consecutive days. Just make sure to return your rental by 5:00 pm on the last day, fueled up and ready for a quick check-in. We're here to help you enjoy every moment on the trails.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please call or email at least 14 days before the rental date, and you will receive a full refund. If you cancel within the 14-day period, a cancellation fee of 100$ per reserved day is applied up to a maximum of $500. The above policy is applied to each machine reserved.
