We are conveniently situated just 1 mile from the Buffalo Mountain Trailhead, giving you easy access to over 300 miles of trails across 3 systems - Buffalo Mountain, Devil Anse, and Rockhouse. Once you check in at our resort to pick up your Polaris off-road multi-day rental rental, you can hit the trails and explore the beautiful Appalachian Mountains, with options ranging from beginner to advanced rides. Be sure to take in popular sights like the Almost Heaven Swing on Buffalo Mountain Trail 10 or the breathtaking waterfalls on Rockhouse Trails 13 and 33. And when you need a break, stop into one of the charming local towns for a snack or fuel up for more adventure! Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
