Rider Requirements

▪️ Minimum age to drive: 21
▪️ Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Customers who cancel outside of 10 days of the reserved pick-up date will be refunded 75% of the reservation deposit.
Customers who cancel within 10 days of the reserved pick-up date will forfeit the entire reservation deposit.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel in accordance with our policy, no refund will be provided.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, and long shirts and pants for a safe, comfortable ride.

A neck gaiter or bandana is also recommended for dust, to wear beneath your helmet (helmet and goggles are always provided).

Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes.

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, bug spray, and sunscreen.
