Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

- Renters must be 21+ years old with a valid license. - Drivers of off-road vehicles must: Be 18+ years old, Hold a valid driver’s license, Have a 25+ year old security holder. - Passengers must: Grasp a handhold with both hands, Keep feet firmly on the floor, Sit with their back fully against the backrest. - Helmets and eye protection are mandatory while operating the vehicle. - A $1,500 security hold is required on a valid credit card at the time of rental and will be released if there are no damages.

Same-day or day-before bookings: No refunds or discounts. Made a mistake? Call and leave a voicemail ASAP.
48+ hrs notice: Full refund.
24–47 hrs notice: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hrs or no-show: No refund.
Rebooking: Must be 24+ hrs ahead; no refunds once rebooked.
You must watch the weather. No refunds for bad weather unless you buy Sensible Weather Insurance.

No Refunds or Ride Extensions For:

Weather (see Sensible Weather Insurance to possibly ride free)
Late arrivals or early returns
Getting stuck (self-guided = your risk)
Rider-caused damage
Any day-of discounts

Mandatory Insurance

$60 required insurance per machine — auto-charged if not selected at checkout.
$1,500 security hold required** day of** per machine.

- Clothing: Closed-toe shoes, long shirts, and pants for comfort and safety.

- Dust Protection: Neck gaiter or bandana to wear under your helmet (helmets provided)

- Weather Gear: Lightweight jacket or sweatshirt for changing conditions.
