Miles of clearly marked, beautiful Northwoods trails run right outside our gate. Our units are equipped with Polaris Ride Command + but you can find the county trail map on our website, download the Polaris Ride Command app or Trail Treker, a paper copy will be provided at the time of rental in order to assist in planning your adventure!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Cancellations with more than 15 days' notice from rental start date will receive full reservation amount less a $100.00 office fee. Cancellations with less than 15 days of rental start date forfeits half of rental rate.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 15 days' notice from rental start date will receive full reservation amount less a $100.00 office fee. Cancellations with less than 15 days of rental start date forfeits half of rental rate.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
