Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
We strongly recommend purchasing the*** Sesible Weather Guarantee*** for Bad weather protection.
Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least*** 36 hours*** before their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 36 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Booking /Reservation Fee's will be retained. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee. Booking /Reservation Fee's will be retained.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refunds will be provided. A 30 minute grace period will be honored but, rental return will be held to reservation time lines.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
