About this Adventure
Drive Moab’s most iconic trails—in the most capable machine on the market. This adults-only (21+) adventure is designed for those who want more: more terrain, more connection, and more control behind the wheel. We start at our Main Street location and make our way to the trailhead right after our safety briefing and vehicle orientation. This trail is rated moderate but will include steep climbs and dramatic descents. This is the ride we take on obstacles to showcase Moab’s terrain and the Polaris RZR Pro R. Though we believe this is novice off-road friendly, those with strong driving skills with confidence behind the wheel will enjoy this ride most. This ride is not for the timid.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Unless you selected TripSafe Cancellation Protection, you must cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

TripSafe Cancellation Protection Window: 24-hours. You may cancel your reservation 24 hours or more prior to your scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time or 24 hours with TripSafe Cancellation Protection, you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within these timeframes will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: We accept cancellations any way you can get them to us. You may call us, email us, text us, reach us through our social media platforms or come by our offices in person. You may even leave after hours voicemail messages. We will acknowledge receipt of your cancellation via email and, if appropriate, issue a refund. If you don’t hear back from us during normal business hours, we recommend calling to ensure we received your request If we can find your cancellation request clearly noted with the time you made the request, we will honor it.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided. If you are late and your vehicle is still available for a shorter duration, we will allow you to enjoy the time left on your reservation but no refund or partial refund will be provided and late returns will incur late fees.

We do not make exceptions to our cancellation policies. However, if you must cancel or change your reservation on short-notice, we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. We will make your vehicle(s) available to others and issue a pro-rated refund if we are able to secure another reservation.
