About this Adventure

After 12 long years, Bonito Lake is full and open! We want to send you out to see the gorgeous lake views and make memories with the epic picture opportunities. Take the road to the top and crest trail across from Nogal Peak. This tour is great for anyone wanting a beautiful relaxing drive that will immerse you in the beauty of Lincoln County. On this mellow adventure you will have a 25-minute pavement trip prior to getting into the bonito canyon river bottoms. In the upper part of the canyon, you can explore several off-set trails, picnic areas, Bonito Lake, and explore the entrances of some old mines from the mid 1920's. This is one of the smoothest trails you can choose.

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made three or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and can not be rescheduled.

A late fee will be charged of $50 will be charged to any parties that are 15 minutes late or more.

BCA holds the right to refuse service to anyone
BCA holds the right to cancel any/all tours based on inclement weather conditions, due to the safety of our customers. In this case, there would be no charge.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, and long shirts and pants for a safe, comfortable ride.

A neck gaiter or bandana is also recommended for dust, to wear beneath your helmet (helmet and goggles are always provided).

Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes.

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, bug spray, and sunscreen.
