Other Guest Requirements
All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

๐๐๐ฃ๐๐ข๐ช๐ข ๐ผ๐๐: 21 to rent. Drivers must be at 18 years old. -18 must have a guardian 25+ in machine at all times.
๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ง: Helmets must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
๐๐๐๐ช๐ง๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐ฟ๐๐ฅ๐ค๐จ๐๐ฉ: A valid credit card is required on file for the damage $1500 or $3000 hold.
๐๐๐๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐ฝ๐ง๐๐๐๐๐ฃ๐: All riders must complete a pre-ride orientation on vehicle operation.
๐๐๐๐๐ก ๐พ๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ก๐๐๐ฃ๐๐: Must follow all local trail laws and DNR regulations.
๐๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ฉ๐ฎ ๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง A signed rental agreement and waiver are required for all participants. Passenger Rules: Passengers must be tall enough for feet to rest flat on the floorboard. Sobriety Policy: Zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use before or during the rental.

Rebooking: Must be 24+ hrs ahead; no refunds once rebooked.

You must watch the weather. No refunds for bad weather unless you buy Sensible Weather Insurance.
