Other Guest Requirements
All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.
𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙙 𝘿𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧’𝙨 𝙇𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚: All drivers must present a current, valid license at check-in.
𝙈𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙢𝙪𝙢 𝘼𝙜𝙚: 21 to rent. Drivers must be at 18 years old. -18 must have a guardian 25+ in machine at all times.
𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝙂𝙚𝙖𝙧: Helmets must be worn at all times while the vehicle is in motion.
𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩: A valid credit card is required on file for the damage $1500 or $3000 hold.
𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙜: All riders must complete a pre-ride orientation on vehicle operation.
𝙇𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚: Must follow all local trail laws and DNR regulations.
𝙇𝙞𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙒𝙖𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧 A signed rental agreement and waiver are required for all participants. Passenger Rules: Passengers must be tall enough for feet to rest flat on the floorboard. Sobriety Policy: Zero tolerance for alcohol or drug use before or during the rental.

Same-day or day-before bookings: No refunds or discounts. Made a mistake? Call and leave a voicemail ASAP.

48+ hrs notice: Full refund.

24–47 hrs notice: 50% refund.

Less than 24 hrs or no-show: No refund.

Rebooking: Must be 24+ hrs ahead; no refunds once rebooked.

You must watch the weather. No refunds for bad weather unless you buy Sensible Weather Insurance.
No Refunds or Ride Extensions For:
