Minimum age to drive: 25
Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

All drivers of our tow and off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. Must be over 25 minimum age for drivers. Proof of Full Coverage Insurance. (Tow Vehicles) A credit card on file for Damage Deposit. Signed Waiver's for everyone in your party. Helmets and eye protection are always REQUIRED to be worn when the vehicle is being operated. All participants must watch safety videos and complete all waivers. Find our safety videos at ( https://summitpowersportsrentals.com/safety-videos/ ) You are Responsible for washing and fueling tow vehicles as well as the equipment rented. ($100 fee will be charged if units are not brought back Fueled and Washed.) You must return on time as other parties are waiting for their scheduled reservation. A late fee of $100 per unit will be charged for late fee's.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy has to be within 14 days of arrival and you will receive a full credit on your next visit redeemable up to 1 year from your first reservation or a refund of up to half of your paid invoice price.

We do not cancel due to weather for any reason. The weather conditions in Colorado can change drastically and the temperatures can change up to 50 degrees at any time so please layer up and make sure to wear the proper attire for this outdoor off-road adventure!! We encourage you to purchase the Sensible Weather Guarantee to safeguard your experience.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, and long shirts and pants for a safe, comfortable ride.

A neck gaiter or bandana is also recommended for dust, to wear beneath your helmet (helmet and goggles are always provided).

Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes.

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, bug spray, and sunscreen.
