Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

- Renters must be 21+ years old with a valid license. - Drivers of off-road vehicles must: Be 18+ years old, Hold a valid driver’s license, Have a 25+ year old security holder. - Passengers must: Grasp a handhold with both hands, Keep feet firmly on the floor, Sit with their back fully against the backrest. - Helmets and eye protection are mandatory while operating the vehicle. - A $1,500 security hold is required on a valid credit card at the time of rental and will be released if there are no damages. - thanks for booking!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation + Ride Policy

Cancel or rebook at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
No-shows, day-of cancellations, or late arrivals (up to 2 hours) result in a full loss of funds.
Rebooking cancels refund eligibility; no rebooking on the day of rental.
Customers must monitor weather and cancel 24+ hours ahead; no exceptions.

No Refunds/Extensions for:

Weather, late pickups, early drop-offs, or stuck machines (self-guided risk).
Rider-caused damages, including belt issues.
Discounts or ride issues on the rental day.

**Mandatory Coverage: **

If Premium Protection ($60 per day) is not added to the cart during online checkout, it will be charged on the day of the rental. This protection is mandatory for all riders.

- Clothing: Closed-toe shoes, long shirts, and pants for comfort and safety.

- Dust Protection: Neck gaiter or bandana to wear under your helmet (helmets provided)

- Weather Gear: Lightweight jacket or sweatshirt for changing conditions.
