Rider Requirements

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Passengers must be tall enough that their feet rest flat on the floor when fully seated - this is 54 inches tall - and able to wear a seatbelt Arrive 30 minutes before departure time to ensure you don't lose any time on the trail Weight limit applies based on vehicle specs (usually 900–1,200 lbs combined) Signed Waiver Required for all participants No alcohol or drug use before or during the ride Pets not allowed in vehicles for safety reasons

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

What to bring

Valid driver’s license, closed-toe shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen, sunglasses, water, snacks, and a secure phone or camera. Arizona conditions can change quickly, so staying hydrated and prepared is essential for a safe and enjoyable adventure.
