Rentals require a $1500 deposit. Max out of pocket is $1500 for damages.
Full tank of gas and cleaning fee is included in the rental. Please note this vehicle is not enclosed, please dress accordingly for the weather.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY TRAILERS. You can ride directly from our location.
We do charge a rescue fee of $500 per hour, 1hr minimum. If you are concerned about getting the vehicle stuck or getting lost, check out our full day guided tour option where our guide will show you the best views on Hatcher Pass!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Reschedule policy: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the tour time, the customer will receive a full refund minus 6% credit card processing fees. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Exceptions: No exception will be made. Please select cancellation insurance add-on or purchase a third party travel insurance if you may have last minute changes.
