Worried about safety? This tour is for you. Designed for families and beginners, this is our strictest, most scenic adventure. We stick to 'Green Trails'—flat sands and gentle hills—strictly avoiding steep climbs and 'witch's eyes.' You drive a new 2025 Polaris RZR 2 or 4-Seater behind a pro guide at a relaxed pace. It’s the perfect way to get the family photo of a lifetime without the white-knuckle fear. Your adventure starts at the Duner's Hut HQ at America's Oasis (park entrance). We handle safety gear fitting for adults and kids indoors before leading you directly onto the sand right from the garage. A relaxed 20 mile loop covering the safest, most scenic sections of the park in about 1 hour. We move at a "sightseeing pace" (15-30 MPH). We visit the Golden Sands Flats for family photos, cruise the perimeter of the South End for relaxed trails, and stop at Sunset Point for a safe, panoramic view of the park. We stay exclusively on flat sand and gentle rollers. This route is pre-scouted daily to ensure there are no steep drops or difficult obstacles. Includes a "Junior Ranger" safety sticker for the kids, and cold bottled water. Your guide also acts as your personal photographer to get that perfect family holiday card shot.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a refund, excluding the processing fee.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a refund of any amounts paid, minus a non-refundable 3% processing fee. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
Large Group & Associated Party Policy
To ensure vehicle availability for all guests, our Large Group Policy applies to any single reservation, or any combination of individual reservations, totaling four (4) or more vehicles that are associated with the same party, event, or coordinated trip.

Linked Reservations: If guests book separately but are traveling, riding, or coordinating together as a single party of 4 or more vehicles, all associated reservations are subject to the Large Group Policy.

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. (For individual bookings identified as part of a larger group, 50% of the paid total immediately becomes non-refundable).

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the rental date.

Cancellations: Group and associated party cancellations made 14 or more days in advance will forfeit the 50% deposit but will not be charged the remaining balance. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date are 100% non-refundable.

Processing Fees: Any approved exceptions or refunds are strictly subject to a 3% deduction to cover unrecoverable credit card processing fees.
