They can also accommodate other functions depending on the floor plan and engine such as fishing, entertaining bar side, and some water sports. In addition to having more space for families, pontoons are perfect for beginning boaters. They’re easy to drive and simple to dock because of the shape and speed of the boat. And their size makes pontoon boats safe because they are difficult to flip or tip.

Full Refund: Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled rental date are eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will incur a 50% surcharge of the total rental cost.

Rule Compliance: Immediate removal from activities will occur if any rules are violated. No refunds will be issued for early termination of activities due to non-compliance with rules.
4. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up at the scheduled rental time will result in a 100% cancellation fee of the total rental cost.

Credit Voucher: In lieu of a refund, a credit voucher will be issued for rescheduling the rental date and time. This voucher has no expiration date and may be transferred to friends, family, or other individuals.

Non-Refundable Bookings: Bookings made within 7 days of the rental date are non-refundable. Only cancellations made with at least 7 days’ notice will be accepted. The credit voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Same Day Bookings: – Same day bookings will be accommodated to the best of our ability. However, we cannot control traffic conditions or delays related to prior bookings. We will strive to arrive on time but cannot guarantee punctuality for same day bookings.

Modifications: Memories Travers City Rentals LLC reserves the right to modify bookings due to weather and unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand our policy, which is posted online. Memories Travers City Rentals LLC is not responsible for customers failing to read the posted policies on our website. 10. Parking Arrangements: Customers booking at a lake of their choice are responsible for checking parking arrangements for their personal vehicles prior to the booking. 11. Life Jackets: We do not provide life jackets for children. Customers must bring a Coast Guard approved life jacket for each child. We provide universal life jackets for adults.
