"We were the last tour of the 2019/2020 season. Originally we thought it would be just the two of us and a guide but were surprised when we were joined by co-owners on our tour. Having them along was a great pleasure. Sage (our guide) was awesome. My wife had never been on a snowmobile before the tour or even to a ski area! When the tour was over and we were on our way down the ski lift, I asked her if it was all that she thought it would be and she said 'and then some'. That about sums it up. The tour was just long enough to get a real feel of what snowmobiling in the back-country is all about and did not leave anything on the table. We will definitely be going back for another tour.
Our original plan was to rent snowmobiles in Priest Lake and do our own tour but I think that a guided tour was much more suited to our needs. Having a guide was a great idea as we did not have to worry about getting lost or stranded out in the wilderness.
A must do for anyone who is the least bit interested in trying snowmobiling. Now I will have to take a snowcat ski tour with Selkirk next year!"
"We did a snowmobile tour with John this past Friday, 2/16. He was a great guide as well as personable and knowledgeable. He took some great photos for us as well! I would highly recommend the tour with Selkirk Powder!! Mary at the desk was a pleasure to work with as well! ❤️From MN!"
"We celebrated our 33rd Anniversary going Snowmobiling up on Schweitzer Mountain, Selkirk Powder provides our snowmobile’s! Great guide, great views and great fun!!!"
"Went on a snowmobile tour this past weekend with Sage. Honestly my friend and I could not stop talking about it! Coolest experience ever! Cannot wait to come back next year!"
"I went snowmobiling this past week on Wednesday, Jared was our guide, I’m from Arkansas so we never get snow like Idaho! It was a blast and amazing scenery and sights! Definitely recommend and plan to make a family vacation next year!"
