This 5-day scenic ride will start from Daytona Beach at the world's largest Indian dealership at the world's most famous beach.
You'll head south seeing the east coast of Florida and see the Atlantic ocean lapping against it. As well as the plant and wildlife that comes with it! We recommend stopping at Cape Canaveral to see where rockets are launched into space. (with a little planning you can even catch one taking off!)
Your first stop for the night is in Fort Pierce. A stunning southeastern Florida town with more palm trees and beach then anyone could ever need. From botanical gardens to theaters there's something for everyone! We recommend checking out the national Navy UDT-SEAL museum.
Day 2 you head west! Crossing through the state of Florida you'll see what's in between the beaches. Riding on the north side of the breath-taking Lake Okeechobee then making your way into southwest Florida. You'll see alligators, lush woods, and maybe even a Florida panther!
Now that you're in Fort Myers, there's plenty to do. If you're into history you can visit the vacation homes of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison. If you want to see the nature side check out Six mile Cypress Slough Preserve, or head downtown for some south Florida food, drink and music! Don't forget to head out to the beach and relax by the ever calm gulf of Mexico and see the sun setting on the beach!
Day 3! Time to head to Anna Marie. Heading north up the west coast of Florida you'll get to see endless ocean, river, and greenery as you get to Anna Maria island. Hailed as one of the most relaxing stops in the state you'll quickly see why. From white sand beaches, cold island drinks, fresh caught seafood, and plenty of art and culture to go around. Golf at prime Aire country club, or just lay on the beach and rest. The Bali Hai beach resort is a great place to stay if you want your bed walking distance from the sand! Day 4 you travel north even more, heading up to the renowned Cedar Key! Cedar Key is Florida's second oldest town and is known mostly by native Floridians. Like much of the gulf coast town it is very laid back and a great place to unwind after your long journey. Check out Dock Street for shopping, restaurants and bars. Just like the street name suggests everything is sitting right on the water. Kayak to an island or just enjoy the small town. We recommend staying right on the dock at Cedar Key Harbor Master Suites for the full experience.
Last day it's time to head back to Daytona beach. Heading due east you'll go right through the heart of central Florida seeing Ocala, then finishing up your trip riding through the beautiful and endless Ocala National Forest!
