Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
All confirmed rentals are non-refundable. A rain date will be issued to the renter who may need to reschedule their reservation 48hrs prior to pick up date. If it is less than 24 hours prior to pick up, no rain date will be offered. No refunds on early returns.
