You’ll ride enough to feel it in your body, but not so much that you’re wiped out and done. It’s that sweet spot: long enough to feel like an adventure, focused enough to feel like a story with a beginning, middle, and end. This is four days of real ride time. Not padded with fluff. Cancellation Policy
At MD Slingshot Rentals, we understand that plans can change. Because each Slingshot is reserved exclusively for you, last-minute cancellations often prevent us from making the vehicle available to other guests. Our goal is to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring fairness to all of our customers.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling

Guests who notify us at least 48 hours before their scheduled reservation may choose to reschedule their rental at no additional charge, subject to vehicle availability.

Requests to reschedule made within 48 hours of the reservation may be considered as a one-time courtesy but cannot be guaranteed.

- Weather Policy
Your safety is our highest priority. If MD Slingshot Rentals determines that severe weather, hazardous road conditions, or an unexpected mechanical issue makes it unsafe to operate a vehicle, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your reservation or provide a full refund.
Please note that light rain, passing showers, cloudy skies, or an unfavorable weather forecast do not automatically qualify for a cancellation or refund. Weather-related decisions are made solely by MD Slingshot Rentals based on actual operating conditions and the safety of our guests.
For added peace of mind, guests have the option to purchase Sensible Weather® protection during the online booking process. Sensible Weather® is an optional weather protection program that may reimburse your reservation cost if qualifying weather conditions impact your ride, subject to the provider's terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. Any claims or reimbursements are administered directly by Sensible Weather®.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or request a reschedule, please contact MD Slingshot Rentals by calling 443-845-8634 during our normal business hours. We are unable to process cancellation or rescheduling requests submitted by email, text message, voicemail, or social media.
No-Shows
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without providing notice in accordance with this policy will be considered no-shows. No-shows are non-refundable and are not eligible for rescheduling.
