Rider Requirements

Minimum age to drive: 21
Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

* DRIVER MUST BE 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license. * Passengers must be at least 12 years of age and/or at minimum 4'9" tall. * I must present my valid driver's license on the day of my rental. * If I am unable to present my driver's license on the day of my rental, I will not be permitted to operate the vehicle and my rental fee will be forfeited. * In order to carry minor passengers in the vehicle, the driver must be, at least, 25 years old and the parent/guardian of the minor passenger.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.
Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

What to bring

We recommend to wear closed-toe shoes, long shirts and pants, and sunglasses to ensure your safety during the ride. Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes. Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, and sunscreen.
