At RENT A UTV OFF-ROAD ADVENTURES, all reservations are final, meaning cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or gift card conversions are NOT permitted unless you purchase our Booking Shield Protection at the time of booking.

Customers who purchase Booking Shield Protection receive added flexibility in case of unforeseen circumstances.
** Cancellation & Refunds**

You can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of your purchase price up to **24-hours before **your scheduled departure time.

Rescheduling & Gift Card Conversion

If it’s too late to cancel, you may:

-Reschedule your booking to any available date within a 6-month window

-Convert your reservation into a Gift Card for future use (gift card is valid 1-year)

Rescheduling or gift card requests must be made at least 30 minutes before your departure time.

Requests will NOT be honored at the time of departure—missing this deadline will be considered a no-show, and your rental will be forfeited without refund or rescheduling.

We check emails and voicemails daily—even on our days off—and will do our best to accommodate your request. However, booking availability is not guaranteed.

Without Booking Shield Protection
Without Booking Shield Protection, your reservation is 100% locked in, meaning:

No cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or gift card conversions are permitted.

No exceptions will be made—even in cases of inclement weather, traffic delays, or unexpected events.

If you fail to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time, your rental will be forfeited without compensation.
We strongly recommend considering Booking Shield Protection if you anticipate any scheduling conflicts.
**PLEASE NOTE: **We do our best to fulfill every reservation, but unfortunately, we can NOT absolutely guarantee a reservation. Mechanical malfunctions, rental accidents, and other unforeseen events sometimes cause a reserved UTV or slingshot to be removed from our rental line. These kinds of unforeseen events can occur at any time, before you arrive. You will not be held responsible if management is forced to cancel your appointment. In this instance, you will either have the option to re-schedule or be refunded completely.
