Visit On the Trails Rentals in Grand Lake, Colorado, to explore the Rocky Mountains in a high-performance, two-person Polaris Slingshot. Turn heads in the quaint mountain town of Grand Lake before conquering Trail Ridge Road, the highest continuous paved highway in the United States. This road connects a 48-mile stretch of highway from Grand Lake through Rocky Mountain National Park, to Estes Park, Colorado. Climb up to an elevation of 12,183 feet in a Polaris Slingshot while breathing in crisp, mountain air and taking in the unbelievable 360-degree views of the Rocky Mountains. Be sure to look for wildlife including elk, deer, and moose. End your day with a meal at one of the many restaurants in town with a beautiful view of Grand Lake.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
