About this Adventure

Cruise the red-rock roads of Greater Zion in a Polaris Slingshot from Mad Moose Rentals & Tours in Hurricane, Utah. Three hours is enough for the Sand Hollow loop or a run toward Zion National Park.

Pick up at Mad Moose, 4343 W Abbey Rd, Hurricane. The Slingshot is street-legal, so your ride starts the moment you pull out of the lot. Unlimited miles; most riders cover 60 to 100 miles in three hours.

Points of interest: Sand Hollow Reservoir, Quail Creek, the Hurricane Mesa overlook, and the approach to Zion National Park's south entrance.

Paved roads only. Easy. Valid driver's license required; AutoDrive transmission, no clutch.

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 or more days in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made 1-2 days in advance are 75% refundable. Same-day cancellations or no-shows are nonrefundable and can not be rescheduled.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, long shirts and pants, and sunglasses to ensure your safety during the ride.

Bring extra layers like a lightweight jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes.

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, and sunscreen.
