About This Adventure
Explore Spearfish Canyon in style by sliding into the bucket seats of a state-of-the-art Polaris Slingshot. Start the 50-mile ride in the middle of Spearfish Canyon, which is older than the Grand Canyon itself.
This 21-mile long canyon will take you on a scenic route with Spearfish Creek flowing below the road and a beautiful view of Bridal Veil Falls, an iconic 60-foot waterfall that flourishes in the spring. The route will leads to the town of Spearfish with many places to explore, including the D.C. Booth Historic National Fish Hatchery.
Established in 1896, this hatchery is one of the oldest in the United States and second-oldest in the American West, releasing around 30,000 rainbow trout each year in the Black Hills of South Dakota and Wyoming.
Loop towards the historic town of Deadwood where you can gamble, shop, and grab a bite to eat before continuing down Highway 85. If you choose to embark on a full-day adventure in the open-aired roadster, explore the town of Custer. Here you can visit the Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, the Needles Highway, and Custer State Park.
