Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

14-day cancellation policy. Any cancellation more than 14 days 50% of the rental fee will be reimbursed, the other 50% can be used as a gift certificate for future bookings (good for one year).

If less than 14-days notice is given, then there will be no refund.

TripSafe Cancellation Protection- Cancel up to 72 hours from the time of your booking for any reason and receive full credit (less TripSafe fees), or reschedule your trip (100% of amount paid). This policy does not apply to bookings made less than 72 hours in advance.

- Snow Conditions- If conditions are deemed unsatisfactory by B&B Adventures then bookings will be eligible for a full reimbursement (less $30 office fee) in the form of a gift card (good for up to one year).
