Once your ride is reserved, our travel partner, Travels By Janda, will help coordinate lodging based on your destination, travel dates, group size, and preferred accommodations—making your adventure as seamless as it is memorable.

Cancellation Policy
Individual Rentals (1 Vehicle)
• 7+ days notice: Full refund
• Within 7 days: Rider credit or Gift card issued
• No-call, no-show: No refund, no credit
Group reservations require additional planning and hold availability that prevents other bookings. As a result, a stricter cancellation policy applies:
Group/Multi-Vehicle Rentals (2+ Vehicles)
• 14+ days notice: Full refund
• Within 14 days: $50 per vehicle deposit, is non-refundable
Group/Multi-Vehicle Refund Schedule:

14+ days prior: Full refund

13–7 days prior: 50% refund (less vehicle deposit).

6 days–72 hours prior: 25% refund (less vehicle deposit).

Less than 72 hours prior: No refund.
Weather Policy
Weather related cancellations made without Sensible Weather coverage will be subject to the standard cancellation policy above. We strongly encourage all riders — especially groups — to add Sensible Weather coverage at the time of booking to protect their reservation.
