The Foothills Parkway is a 72.1-mile scenic parkway that runs along the northern foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee, connecting Interstate 40 near Cosby in the east to U.S. Route 129 near Chilhowee Lake in the west. It features breathtaking views of the Great Smoky Mountains, and the Tennessee Valley. With less traffic than the National Park this might just be the route for you!

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations and extreme weather will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
