Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:
**Cancellation policy has to be within 14 days of arrival and you will receive a full credit on your next visit redeemable up to 1 year from your first reservation. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
We do not cancel due to bad weather, change of plans, not what you expected etc for any reason. The weather conditions in Maine can change and the temperatures can fluctuate at any given time so please make sure to wear the proper attire for this outdoor adventure!!

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

A $100 non refundable deposit is required to reserve a slingshot. Remaining balance is due upon your rental day.
