We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. To ensure the availability of our vehicles and deliver the highest level of service, we’ve implemented the following cancellation policy:
All customers:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund, trip credit, or rebooking—your choice.
- Cancellations made between 24–48 hours in advance will receive a refund minus a 15% cancellation fee or a full trip credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full trip credit only—no refunds.
- No-shows will be charged the full rental price.
- TripSafe customers may cancel at any time, for any reason, and receive a full refund, trip credit, or rebooking—no penalty. TripSafe may be added after booking by contacting us directly, but must be added prior to your scheduled rental time.
