- 48+ hours notice: Eligible for a full refund, trip credit, or free rebooking — your choice.
- 24–48 hours notice: Eligible for a trip credit or refund minus a 15% cancellation fee.
- Less than 24 hours: Not eligible for any refunds —** rescheduling or a trip credit** will be provided.
- No-shows: Charged in full. No refund or credit will be issued.
