About this Adventure
Ride & Dine combines a backcountry snowmobile adventure with a meal at Elk Lake Resort, deep in the Cascade Lakes and reachable in winter only over the snow. You’ll ride the snowcat from Dutchman Flat into the resort, then spend the day on a Polaris snowmobile, exploring groomed trails, snow-covered forest and scenic views of the Three Sisters and Mt. Bachelor.
Before or after your ride, settle into the lodge for a meal, a drink and some time by the fire. Then catch the snowcat back out.
Each option is timed to the snowcat schedule, so your ride, your meal and your transport fit together. Choose a morning or midday arrival, then pick the ride length and order that suits your group.
Important: Snowcat transport is booked separately, directly with Elk Lake Resort. Once your Ride & Dine is booked, reserve your snowcat seats for the matching arrival and departure times below.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a 90%refund.

Cancellations made within the 72-hour window will receive a 50% Refund.

We do not refund any amount for cancellations within 24 hours.

No-Show or Late Arrivals: If you do not show up for your rental or show up late and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office (541-204-4044) during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

Rescheduling - We offer a one-time courtesy reservation rescheduling if the change to the reservation is made at least 48 hours before the reservation start time. Rescheduling is based on rental availability, and the new reservation must take place during the current riding season.
