About This Adventure

County Wide Adventures-Gaylord is located in the center of Michigan’s “mitten"—the lower peninsula—and benefits from lake-effect snowfall that results in fantastic snow conditions. Additionally, Gaylord is centered in the middle of a renowned trail network connecting eight counties across 500 miles, so there’s plenty of terrain to explore. Popular itineraries include Trail #7 bisecting the state vertically and Trail #4 that branches west to the quaint towns of East Jordan and Mancelona. Numerous lodging options exist in Gaylord, along with plenty of restaurants serving up tasty pre- or post-ride fare.

You’ll be riding the newest model of Polaris snowmobiles with both single and double rider options. All snowmobiles are complete with the latest comfort and safety features, including hand/thumb warmers and heated seats. Convenience is tops at County Wide Adventures in Gaylord—you'll be able to park your vehicle and ride right out of the parking lot onto the trail system after receiving your helmet (included in the rental fee) and participating in a safety tutorial.

Daily rental periods are 9am to 5 pm. Snowmobiles can be rented for one or multiple days, seven days a week.
