Other Guest Requirements
All drivers of snow vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp handhold with their hands and plant feet firmly on the ground. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.
Riders under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 25 or older.
All riders must wear a DOT-approved helmet at all times (provided).
All guests must: sign a waiver, watch a safety video, review the trail map, attend a vehicle demonstration (These steps are mandatory for every ride, even if you’ve rented with us before)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible, however, due to our short season, we adhere strictly to the following:
- Reservation Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to reserve your machine. This deposit is non-refundable but may be applied toward a future rental within the same season if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance.
- Cancellations: Reservations must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental. If you cancel, your 25% reservation deposit is forfeited. If you do not cancel within 48 hours of your rental, you will be charged the full remaining balance of the reservation. Groups of five machines or more must give at least 72 hour notice.
- Trail Closures: Snowmobile trails open and close at the sole discretion of local, non-profit, trail clubs. Typically, trails are open from December 15 - March 15. If snow conditions prevent riding, we’ll offer to switch your reservation to an ATV or reschedule your snowmobile adventure. Refunds at our sole discretion.
What to bring
Dress for the elements. We require riders wear a warm winter jacket, insulated snow pants or bibs, waterproof gloves, a neck warmer or balaclava, and winter boots. Layer up and opt for moisture-wicking base layers to stay dry and warm
