About this Adventure

Experience the Black Hills National Forest like never before at Spearfish Canyon Lodge. Rent a snowmobile and ride hundreds of miles of groomed trails accompanied by breathtaking scenery, waterfalls, and wildlife.

A must-see while exploring the extensive trail system is the Cement Ridge Lookout, reaching 6,000 feet in elevation. This lookout allows you to see four different states on a clear day.

After a long day of riding, enjoy a beverage from the Roughlock Lounge while enjoying our 40-foot fireplace. Whether an experienced rider or a beginner, you'll be sure to create lasting memories for years to come.

Minimum age to carry a minor: 25

Other Guest Requirements

All drivers of snow vehicles are required to have a valid driver's license. All passengers must be able to grasp handhold with their hands and plant feet firmly on the ground. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations Without TripSafe Cancellation Protection:

Cancellations made 5 days or more in advance are 75% refundable. Cancellations 5 days or less in advance are non-refundable.

Reservations With TripSafe Cancellation Protection:

Cancellations made 24hrs or more in advance are 100% refundable excluding the TripSafe charge. Cancellations made within 24hrs are non-refundable.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear winter clothing, including winter socks and snow boots, waterproof gloves, snow pants and parka, and winter hat.

A neck gaiter or scarf is recommended to wear beneath your helmet (helmet and goggles are always provided.)

Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, sunglasses, and hand and toe warmers.
