At 3,071 acres, you can check out First Connecticut Lake, the eighth-largest lake in the state. Have time for a little extra adventuring? Ice fishing is permitted from January through March, be sure to bring your fishing gear. Continue trailblazing this path, and you'll find yourself at the other four lakes in this region—Second Connecticut Lake, Third Connecticut Lake, Fourth Connecticut Lake, and Lake Francis. As you increase in elevation, you'll experience a newfound peacefulness and views of a beautiful winter wonderland.

All drivers of off-road vehicles are required to be 18+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. All passengers must be able to grasp a handhold with their hands, plant feet firmly on the ground, and have their back fully against the backrest. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.
Guests are recommended to wear warm winter gear including waterproof insulated snow boots, wind-resistant and waterproof gloves, as well as lip balm and sunscreen.
Bring extra layers including a base layer, mid-layer, and warm jacket to accommodate winter temperatures.
Missing winter gear? Stock up at the Bear Rock Outdoor Adventure Store with a complete lineup of the latest snowmobiling apparel and accessories. (helmet and goggles are always provided.)
