Membership Overview

Polaris Adventures® Select is a powersports monthly membership program that offers access to the Polaris family of powersports vehicles ATVs, Side by Sides, Slingshot, Snowmobiles and Indian Motorcycle.

Through a monthly membership fee, members acquire credits that can be redeemed for product access by picking up a vehicle at one of our certified warehouses, having a unit delivered to your home or booking an experience at one of our Polaris Adventures Outfitters in Arizona, Nevada, Southern Utah and Colorado.

Upon signing up for a Polaris Adventures Select membership, you receive credits each month, the amount of which will vary depending on your membership plan. You use credits in any combination for the redemption of vehicle rental days, experiences or other services including roundtrip delivery.

Polaris Adventures Select is a monthly membership service fueled by our network of Polaris Adventure Outfitters and Polaris dealers. If you are a member of Polaris Adventures Select, you will be allowed access to Polaris Adventures Select locations to redeem your membership credits.

Polaris Adventures Select is a monthly reoccurring membership that starts the day you activate it. The first month is paid upon activation and allows immediate use of vehicles. The next billing will occur 1 month from the date of activation and continue to be charged on that date each month throughout your membership term.

Below is a breakdown of membership plans available; each package offers you a different level of credits that can be redeemed for use of a Polaris vehicle either at home, at the trail with an Outfitter, or for pickup and trailering to a destination of your choice. Additional Membership program benefits can be found HERE. Depending on your membership plan, you receive a certain number of credits each month. You choose how to use your credits as they are acquired and accumulated. Unused credit balances carry over month to month.

You will need to have a major credit card with a >$1,000 limit, a valid US driver’s license that allows you to operate a motor vehicle without modification, proof of auto insurance and be at least 18 years of age to subscribe.

Upon cancellation, you will have 90 days to redeem your remaining credits. Once the commitment term is expired, members can cancel at any time.

We are currently live in Arizona, Nevada, Southern Utah and Colorado. We will notify members and update our website as we continue to expand to new markets.

Credits

Credits are earned monthly and used to reserve vehicles, experiences and services through Polaris Adventures Select. Credits will be automatically accessible each month after payment is received.

Credits can be redeemed for the ride of your choice. Whether you would like to ride at one of our certified Outfitters, at home on your private land or pick up a vehicle and go to your favorite trail, we have the option available for you. Below is a breakdown of how credits can be redeemed.

Delivery is available for an additional 5 credits, for most vehicles.

If you don’t have enough credits in your account to book what you want, don’t worry, you can always add more credits for $35/credit at the time of checkout.

Yes! Polaris Adventures Select credits can be “banked” if unused and carried over to future months.

Credits do not expire and are valid as long as your membership is active. If your membership is canceled, you will have 90 days to redeem your banked credits through reservations. Note, cancellation fees may apply. See the Commitment to Join question above for details.

Credits are non-transferrable, therefore can not be moved, permanently or temporarily given or gifted to others. The account member will need to be present to take possession of the vehicle for all reservations.

We’re so excited you have decided to make Polaris a permanent part of your lifestyle. You can apply your unused credits toward the purchase of a new vehicle. Simply call the Polaris Adventures Select Help Line 1-866-866-3613 to receive a coupon for the value of your credit balance to redeem towards the purchase of a new, unregistered vehicle at any of our Polaris dealerships.

If you choose to cancel your account after vehicle purchase, call the Help Line 1-866-866-3613, provide them your new vehicle vin and they will close your account with no cancellation fee.

Reservations

Once you start your membership, you will create a profile with your information, location and vehicle preference. To make a reservation, go to the Polaris Adventures Select site and follow the instructions to book.

Polaris Adventures Select boasts the latest premium vehicles including 2 and 4-seat RZR performance side-by-sides, 2 and 4-seat Ranger and GENERAL utility vehicles, the three-wheeled, open-air roadster Slingshot and select Indian Motorcycles. In AZ, NV, UT and CO the following Polaris models are offered for use. Please note, model and mix will vary depending on location. Not all models are available at every location.

Polaris Adventures Select vehicles must stay within the state they are checked out. You are responsible for abiding by all federal, state, and local laws (including trail-specific laws and/or passes) when you check out a vehicle. This includes both the transportation of the vehicle and riding the vehicle.

•Polaris Adventures Select off-road vehicles cannot be driven on roads or highways. Vehicles should always be run on designated routes and trails.

•Polaris Adventures Select on-road vehicles cannot be taken off-road.

Driver age restrictions vary by rental location so we recommend checking with the Outfitter prior to booking. Generally, off-road vehicles require that drivers are 18 years of age or older while on-road vehicles most often require that drivers are 25 years of age or older. In order to carry a minor passenger (under the age of 18), the driver must be at least 25 years of age and the Parent or Legal Guardian of the minor passenger.

All reservations will include the following:

•Safety gear (helmets and eye protection for all riders and passengers)
•GPS mapping and Personal Locator Beacon
•Premium damage waiver
•Unlimited miles

Members have the option to book a half-day, full-day, or guided ride. Credit amounts will vary depending on the reservation type you choose. If you are using the Polaris Adventures Select delivery service, it may be possible to have your vehicle delivered the prior evening. Early delivery is at the discretion of Polaris Adventures Select.

A full refund of your credits will be reinstated to your account the following day when reservations are canceled 48 hours or more in advance. For cancellations occurring within the 48-hour window before a reservation, credits are non-refundable to your account.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please call Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613.

Credits will not be refunded for no-shows.

If you are picking up a vehicle from one of our locations, not to worry. Your vehicle is set aside for you for the duration of your reservation time slot. Just come in and we’ll get you going. The return time is not extended if a vehicle is picked up late.

For delivery drop-offs and pick-ups, the member is required to be present, and a 15-minute grace window will be provided. After the grace window expires, delivery personnel will leave, the reservation will be forfeited, and credits will not be refunded. Grace windows for Outfitter tour experiences are subject to the individual Outfitters and may not be provided.

If the Polaris Adventures Select delivery service is used and the driver is unable to pick up the vehicle after the 15-minute grace window, a fee of $500 will be charged to your credit card.

Please come prepared with the necessary ride gear for the weather. In the case of inclement weather, please call Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613 to discuss reservation modification options.

Under circumstances such as vehicles going down for maintenance or other reasons, we may be required to cancel a reservation. In this event, you will be fully refunded the credits associated with the reservation.

Extensions for additional days on your reservation are at the discretion of Polaris Adventures Select and are subject to availability. Members will be charged based on the credit redemption structure in place. You can inquire about extending reservations by calling Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613. Extensions are not provided on one-day rides.

You can book as far in advance as you like. However, you must have adequate credits in your account at the time of booking to reserve. Reservations including delivery are subject to availability.

Account Management

Please log into your account and navigate to the Profile tab. Click on ‘Manage Payment Details’ to update your account.

Yes. Please call Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613 to request tier changes. Changes must be made more than 24 hours in advance of the next billing cycle for activation in the upcoming cycle. Certain restrictions apply. Changing tiers does not affect your accrued credits.

Billing FAQs

The credit card on file for the account will be billed on the monthly date the membership was activated; ex: your membership began on February 15, you will be billed on the 15th of each subsequent month. To adjust your billing date please call Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613.

If we are unable to process your credit card, we will notify you to update the card associated with your account. If we are unable to process your credit card for 3 days, your account will be suspended for the remainder of the month. If after 1 month the credit card on file is not able to be charged, the account will be terminated, and all remaining credits voided.

Polaris Adventures Select is philosophically against “nickel and diming” members. We attempt to make memberships inclusive of what you need to properly and enjoyably use your vehicle. Options exist to add supplemental services upon check-out, but they are not required to enjoy a Polaris Adventures Select membership.

Fees are only assessed for late returns, damages, or early cancellations.

Yes. For both the first payment and each month thereafter, you will receive an email receipt for your payment. 

No, a hold will not be placed on your credit card. This is subject to change.

We understand that things happen. You can change the credit card on file by logging into your account. Until your account is up to date, your account will be put on hold and your credits will not be redeemable. You will not accrue credits again until your account is up to date.

Sharing

Absolutely, as long as there’s enough vehicle seating capacity, you can invite friends to ride along with you. They will need to fill out the applicable waiver forms before the ride either through your digital invite or at the point of vehicle hand-off. As the member, your responsibility remains with the vehicle and you will be subject to any damage sustained from those who you allow to ride or drive the vehicle. Please review the passenger requirements in the Riding Experience section.

Yes. The member is required to be present to accept the vehicle hand-off. The member can reserve additional vehicles for others to drive if they meet the required driving criteria and have completed the Polaris Adventures Select waiver forms before the ride either through your digital invite or at the point of vehicle hand-off. As the member, you are responsible for all vehicles under your membership and you will be subject for any damages sustained by those you allow to ride or drive the vehicle.

No. The member is required to take possession of the vehicle for the reservation. Vehicles will not be released to anyone but the member.

Riding Experience

Polaris Adventures Select is approachable for drivers and riders of all skill levels. A trained Polaris Adventures Select representative will walk you through the proper operating procedures to get you going. Always ride within your limits and start slow.

All off-road vehicles in the Polaris Adventures Select fleet have automatic transmissions. Slingshots have manual or intuitive Auto drive (no shifting) transmission options.

You must be 18 years of age and hold a valid driver’s license, no other special requirements are needed to drive. If you will be a driver of the vehicle, you are only permitted to carry minor passengers if you are at least 25 years of age and are the parent or legal guardian of the minor passenger. You may only carry the number of passengers for which the vehicle was designed and only carry passengers who have signed the waiver agreement. The subscriber must require every passenger to wear proper safety equipment and a seatbelt.

If anyone is under 18 years of age (“minor passenger”), the parent or legal guardian will need to sign the waiver agreement on their behalf, and they must be under the parent or legal guardian’s supervision at all times. As a passenger, you must be able to grasp the handholder with your feet firmly planted on the ground and your back fully against the seat backrest. Minors will not drive the vehicle. All drivers and passengers must keep their hands and feet inside the vehicle at all times while riding.

ATV/RZR/RANGER/GENERAL: Helmet and goggles are provided as needed. You are required to wear helmets and goggles at all times while operating Polaris Adventures Select vehicles.
Slingshot and Indian Motorcycle: Riders must wear full-face helmets (provided). All riders must wear long pants and closed-toe shoes.

Each vehicle provided will be checked out to the member with a full tank of fuel. It is the responsibility of the member to fuel the vehicle for further riding during the checkout period (premium fuel is recommended). Vehicles do not need to be returned with a full fuel tank. There is no refund for fuel left in the tank upon return.

Backpacks can be helpful to stow loose items. We’d also suggest a water bottle, face-covering to block dust (ATV/RZR/RANGER/GENERAL), sunglasses, snacks, and your camera to capture the epic moments. Always wear sunscreen and dress appropriately for the weather. Dressing in layers is always a good idea.

Yes, small softcover coolers are allowed. Large coolers may not fit within the vehicle and are not recommended.

Don’t worry about washing or refueling the vehicle. We’ll take care of that. We ask that you return the vehicle damage-free and on time.

Your vehicle must have a Class III or higher rated hitch and be rated to tow at least 2990 lbs. All lighting will be checked and is required to be functional prior to being able to finalize the check-out. Members will need to show proof of auto insurance.

For rides occurring at a rental outfitter, please contact that outfitter for assistance. For issues on vehicles delivered, picked up or transported by the member, please call Customer Support at 1-866-866-3613.

If you are seriously injured, immediately contact 911 for help, or utilize the provided personal locator beacon if you are outside of cellular range. This should only be used in life-threatening circumstances. If all members of your party are safe and not injured, call customer Support at 1-866-866-3613 for the next steps.

We ask that you always keep your vehicle in a safe location and that the vehicle key stays on your person. If your vehicle is stolen while in your possession, call our Customer Support immediately at 1-866-866-3613. We will walk you through the stolen vehicle process and a police report will need to be completed.

The Premium Damage Waiver Program is included for all Members. The program limits the out of pocket costs to $1,500 should damage to the vehicle occur during an experience. For Members the Damage Waiver covers each vehicle being checked out including the trailer should you choose to pick the vehicle up.

Reservation Process

Members will need to bring their picture ID to check out their vehicle. Please review the required riding gear and recommended items to bring for your ride. Your vehicle will be reserved for you for the duration of your reservation. You can arrive at any time but must return the vehicle by the assigned return time.

Upon arrival at the outfitter, proceed inside to the check-in desk and indicate you are part of the Polaris Adventures Select program. A representative will assist you with your reservation. First, if not done prior, they will assist you in completing the necessary waiver forms. They will review operating procedures including safe operating practices and gear necessary for safe and appropriate operation of the vehicle.

The representative will then lead you outside to the vehicle for a pre-ride inspection and review of all applicable policies and procedures for the reservation. Once complete, you are ready to go. Enjoy the day riding the trails.

At the conclusion of your reservation, don’t worry about cleaning or refueling the vehicle. Just return it damage-free. Upon return, a representative will conduct a post-ride inspection with you and collect the riding gear.

Members will need to bring their picture ID and a vehicle that meets the trailering requirements for customer pickup; including rating to tow 2990 pounds and a Class 3 hitch. Upon arrival, proceed inside to the check-in desk and notify a representative that you are picking up a vehicle and trailer for the day through Polaris Adventures Select. First, if not done prior, a representative will assist you in completing the necessary waiver forms. They will review operating procedures including safe operating practices and gear necessary for safe and appropriate operation of the vehicle and trailer.

The representative will then proceed outside to conduct a pre-ride inspection with the member and review all applicable policies and procedures for the reservation. Next, the representative will then help the member complete the trailer and vehicle loading procedures. Once the vehicle loading is complete, you are ready to go.

At the conclusion of your reservation, don’t worry about cleaning or refueling the vehicle. Just return the vehicle, trailer, and gear damage-free. Upon return, proceed inside to the check-in desk. A representative will help unload the trailer, vehicle, and gear; then conduct a post-ride inspection.

Members will need their picture ID for verification and a residential address with a safe, off-street unloading area to accept delivery. A representative will deliver the vehicle to your home at the scheduled delivery time from your reservation. Upon departure for the delivery, the member will receive a text message containing the ETA and driver information.

When the driver arrives, the member will receive a text notifying them of the arrival. The member must be onsite within 15 minutes of arrival in order to receive the delivery. If the member is late beyond 15 minutes, the driver will depart and the reservation will be canceled.

Once the driver arrives, they will verify the reservation and proceed to unload the vehicle and conduct the vehicle check-out process; reviewing safe operating practices, necessary gear for safe and appropriate riding, and completing the necessary waiver forms. Finally, the driver will confirm the vehicle pickup time at the conclusion of the reservation, then depart. Once the check-out process is complete, you are ready to go.

At the conclusion of your reservation, don’t worry about cleaning or refueling the vehicle. Just have the vehicle ready for pickup at the assigned time, damage-free. The member will receive a text message containing the pickup ETA and driver information. Once the driver arrives, they will conduct a post-ride inspection with the member, load the vehicle and gear, then depart.

We’ve always been about safe, memorable adventures. In light of COVID-19 we’re taking extra precautions to protect the health and safety of our customers, outfitters, employees, and the communities where we operate. To encourage a contactless experience, here’s what you can expect for your next adventure:
  1. Online Booking & Payment: book your ride and pay online to reduce in-person contact.
  2. Contactless Check-in/Out: We’ll check you in and out using an in-app process. You can also complete your rental agreement and waiver online in advance.
  3. Sanitized Vehicles & Equipment: All equipment and vehicles will be thoroughly cleaned before your use and will be marked with a sanitation tag.
  4. Safe Social Distancing Practices: Staff will be utilizing a variety of practices to ensure at least 6 feet of distance from customers as well as keeping surfaces clean.
