Rider Requirements

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license. A motorcycle endorsement may be required by specific states in which the vehicle is being operated. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

All drivers of the Slingshot are required to have valid driver's license and 21 years of age. Passengers can be any age and be at least 44 inches tall. Helmets and eye protection are always required to be worn when the vehicle is being operated.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a rental credit.
Refunds: All refunds will be rental credit. You will be able to use credit on future bookings
Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.
No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no credit will be provided.

What to bring

Guests are recommended to wear closed-toe shoes, long shirts and pants, and sunglasses to ensure your safety during the ride. Bring extra layers like a jacket or sweatshirt in case of weather changes. Feel free to bring along a backpack with water, snacks, and sunscreen.
