We understand that plans can change and we strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible. However, to ensure the availability of our equipment and to maintain the highest quality of service for all customers, we have instituted the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation Window: Customers must cancel their reservation at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled rental time to be eligible for a full refund.

2. Refunds: If a cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance of the rental time, the customer will receive a full refund of any amounts paid. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window will result in a forfeiture of the full rental fee.

3. Method of Cancellation: Cancellations must be made by directly calling our office during regular business hours. We do not accept cancellations via email, text, or social media platforms.

4. No-Show: If you do not show up for your rental and do not cancel according to our policy, no refund will be provided.

5. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy due to emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

When you return the Slingshot, please bring it back with a full tank of premium gas. Slingshots returned unfueled will be charge a $50 refueling charge. If for any reason you will not be able to return on time then please call and let us know.
